Advanced PLC-based control system for fully automated vacuum pan operation and crystallization. The system controls the complete pan cycle, including charging, concentration, seeding, dilution, tightening, discharge and cleaning.

Continuous automatic control of feed, vacuum, steam and temperature ensures stable and repeatable process conditions throughout the crystallization cycle. Optional control of agitator power consumption provides additional process monitoring and control.
